NYT Misreporting on Willful
US Slaughter of Syrian Forces

The Times consistently substitutes managed news misinformation and Big Lies for honest reporting - especially on geopolitical issues, notably when America goes to war.

Saturday’s incident involving US warplanes terror-bombing Syrian forces was willful naked aggression. Not according to The Times, headlining “US Admits Airstrike in Syria, Meant to Hit ISIS, Killed Syrian Troops,” saying:

“American military officials said the pilots in the attack…believed they were targeting the Islamic State.”

It quoted CENTCOM’s Big Lie, outrageously claiming it believed it was “striking a Daesh fighting position,” knowing it willfully, maliciously and illegally struck Syrian forces.

America created and supports ISIS, using its fighters as imperial foot soldiers along with all other anti-government forces - terrorist mercenaries recruited from scores of countries. No moderates exist - one of many Big Lies about Obama’s war, orchestrated by Hillary Clinton as secretary of state.

Instead of reporting hard truths, The Times once again acted as a Pentagon press agent, citing  CENTCOM Big Lies about what happened, adding:

“A senior Obama administration official, speaking on the condition of anonymity because the strike was still being investigated, said the United States had relayed its regrets to the Syrian government through the Russians for the ‘unintentional loss of life of Syrian forces’ fighting the Islamic State.”

What rubbish - typical NYT misinformation unfit to print, mocking legitimate journalism, the way it reports on all US wars of aggression, ignoring their lawlessness, pretending high-minded motives are involved every time.

Liberating Syria requires smashing all anti-government forces. Relying on diplomacy with Washington for ceasefire and conflict resolution is foolhardy and self-defeating.

Despite a century of US hostility toward Russia since its 1917 revolution, adversarial relations now worse than any time during the Cold War, its government astonishingly calls Washington its partner. I’ve written about this several times before.

Incredibly Moscow maintains both countries have mutual interests, continues relying on diplomacy despite consistent failure to achieve normalized relations.

It never will as long as a neocon criminal cabal runs things in Washington, bent on transforming Russia into a US vassal state - nuclear war possible, maybe likely if Hillary succeeds Obama.

It’s time for Putin, Sergey Lavrov and other top officials to accept reality and act accordingly - protecting Russia’s interests from rogue state America intent on eliminating its main geopolitical rival.
