Hawaii
Now A Sweltering |

Hawaii used to be blessed with cooling trade winds.
For the 30 plus years I’ve lived here, temperatures always read: high
in the mid 80’s, low in the low 70’s with 15-20 mph NE trade winds. Gentle
trade wind showers in the mountains. Paradise. That is no longer the case. Trade winds do not exist any more. Hawaii sees line after line of hurricanes and tropical storms, sucking up hot, humid air from the south. The weather is completely different now. “Paradise” now is a humid sauna room. |
