TOLL ROAD TO THE ABOLITION OF POVERTY 1966

This is and was always the real price paid for poverty

Here's where the government really screwed-up. Those of us that have fought this government at every step, in this farce, have shown the world the rotten-core behind these confrontations: American Exceptionalism has always protected the rich while the poor and defenseless always go to jail.

Given that the above was a fact in 1967: This entire episode has always been about PRIVELEDGE - AND ALWAYS WILL BE UNTIL WE START PUTTING THE FILTHY-RICH IN GITMO, WHILE THEY WAIT FOR SUMMARY COURTS MARTIAL FOR HIGH TREASON AGAINST THE UNITED STATES.

SOME BACKGROUND:

I was much younger then when I moved into an empty warehouse, for nine months where I did the work, then into a gallery space that I built from scratch in a shop on a main street in Oklahoma City. I had previously held one showing of the work, where about 5,000 people had a chance to view it for three days. I got three complaints.

The OKPD then parked three patrol cruisers in front of my gallery 24-7 for several weeks, until I called the Oklahoma Attorney General to lift the siege. That was followed by daily visits from Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation, the FBI and others that began each visit by flashing their badges and announcing that they needed to speak with me after the crowds left, they grinned and left as well. As I could not continue to conduct business, I retreated to my apartment a few blocks away. Toward the end of that siege the Attorney General himself came by with a highway patrol officer to see what this was all about. He disagreed with what I had done, but he definitely understood that I had the right to draw the conclusions that I publicly displayed.

He asked me what I needed. I told him that I needed to go out into the country to find a sponsor to print the project. With his help I approached every enemy of LBJ, and almost every dissident group in the nation and got a resounding 'NO WAY' from everyone I met with. I came back to OKC, did a project for the Governor of Oklahoma, by way of compensation for the 'gift' the AG had given me. That began the federal government's fourteen month long assault upon my apartment. They shot out windows, assaulted the doors and windows, at all hours, in the hope that I would try to arm the Beretta, which had been booby-trapped to explode if I tried to arm the weapon. That was fourteen long months of close calls and near misses: Life was not safe, and the OKPD stopped coming to my requests for help—they maintained that it was probably just some jealous husband and no real threat. They had hated me since I was in highschool.

When I fought the LBJ government I had an international lawyer, a killer defense lawyer and a general lawyer, all were free, because they came individually to help with whatever might have followed. And when they were combined with the two Ex-NSIA agents, that were protecting me from bodily harm, I survived not because I was rich, but because I had real stakeholders each in their own way, that had the money and the inclination to keep me alive.

My 'WAR' lasted 14 months, after the project was completed, and did not end until LBJ decided not to run in 1968 - which allowed me to get out of Oklahoma. But everything is different now.

Had I gone to Bunkerville, I would have been targeted and gone to jail, just for being there - that's a simple fact. Pete had a microphone and a camera. But people like me would have been prosecuted for what we would have observed, because our weapon would have been the written word that's now illegal, along with 'thought crime' which does not even require any act to be committed much less discussed in public until we all get arrested, for simply thinking any thoughts that the government does not approve of.

I've had more than my share of luck over the more than fifty years that I've been doing this: Yesterday I found this from Steven Seagal, which applies.

There is no darkness without light and yet there is light without darkness.

I have both within me.” Maybe that's part of why I'm still alive

If we were to take the list above, of those involved

and use our own intuition and creativity to take each and

everyone of them apart from the ground up,

for their crimes and collusion in extortion, blackmail and theft,

Under RICO

Then quite possibly we might finally be able

to begin to prosecute the criminals behind this entire affair.

On the fringe of the Darkness

Here's more clear evidence of just how much of history we've all ignored.

DID YOU KNOW ABOUT THE 1952 Law

Here is 8 US Code 1182, inadmissible aliens. This law was written in 1952. It was passed by a Democrat-controlled Congress, House and Senate, and signed by a Democrat president:

"Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by president:

Whenever the president finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, the president may, by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or non-immigrants or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate."

All of the pundits that are claiming that what Trump said is dumb, stupid, reckless, dangerous, and/or unconstitutional, need to educate themselves. It is already the law of the land. And it was utilized by Jimmy Carter, no less, in 1979 to keep Iranians out of the United States, but he actually did more. He made all Iranian students already here check in, and then he deported a bunch. Seven thousand were found in violation of their visas, 15,000 Iranians were forced to leave the United States, 1979.

You probably won’t hear of this from our mainstream media, nor from our "Narcissist-in-Chief" ...but those are the facts.”

Everything, everywhere now depends upon the global failure to accept ANY RESPONSIBILITY because beneath it all lies that particular global GREED, fed almost exclusively by those personal OBSESSIONS that too many have embraced as 'a right' that no one has ever really earned.

What's Next?

You & I are NEXT, because we're all that's left to attack In this world,

where slaughter and beheadings amid torture, death and ruin

have become the only value in this world that worships

only DEATH in all its forms.
