Neocon Infested Washington Hands
Israel’s Killing Machine $38 Billion

Israel far and away is the largest recipient of US geopolitical handouts - a new $38 billion package agreed to over the next decade, $3.8 billion annually, up from $3.1 billion currently, beginning in 2018 after the current agreement expires. Netanyahu wanted $4.5 billion. He’ll likely get it. See below.

The announced deal is just for starters. Over the next decade, additional amounts will be forthcoming on request. What Israel wants it gets - besides various other special benefits Washington affords no other country on its handout list.

The least deserving is the most rewarded, but it’s far worse than that. Handouts Israel gets go mostly for militarism, enhancing its ability to terrorize Palestinians daily without let up, along with waging wars of aggression at its discretion.

It goes for increasing Israeli belligerence against Syria, terror-bombing it numerous times in recent weeks, suggesting much more to come.

It’s for maintaining its illegal nuclear, chemical and biological weapons arsenals, as well as having the most state-of-art ability to reign terror on targeted victims.

It goes for war, related violence, regional instability and chaos. It’s when Israel’s enemies are only ones it invents.

It’s at the expense of vanishing social justice in America and vital homeland needs gone begging. It goes despite no consent of the governed on how US tax dollars are spent - true, of course for America’s entire budget, trillions for militarism, limitless amounts for corporate handouts, crumbs for the most needy.

It goes despite the 1961 Foreign Assistance Act prohibiting aid to governments engaged in “a consistent pattern of gross violations of internationally recognized human rights, including torture or cruel, inhuman, or degrading treatment or punishment, prolonged detention without charges, causing the disappearance of persons by the abduction and clandestine detention of those persons, or other flagrant denial of the right to life, liberty, and the security of person, unless such assistance will directly benefit the needy people in such country.

It contravenes the Leahy Law provision of the 2001 Foreign Appropriations Act, stating:

“None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to support any training program involving a unit of the security forces of a foreign country if the Secretary of Defense has received credible information from the Department of State that a member of such unit has committed a gross violation of human rights, unless all necessary corrective steps have been taken.”

America and Israel are the world’s leading human rights abusers, allied in waging war on humanity at home and abroad, the greatest threat to its survival.

AIPAC hailed the new agreement, a so-called US/Israeli Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), calling it “historic…prov(iding) Israel a stable planning environment to counter (nonexistent) mounting threats.”

America and Israel partner in each other’s high crimes, two nations dedicated to global conquest and dominance, no matter the cost in human lives and suffering.
