Rogue State Israel Falsely
Accuses Assad of Chemical War

By Stephen Lendman
4-5-17

In three preemptive wars of aggression on Gaza since December 2008, Israel used banned weapons - ruthlessly targeting defenseless civilians.

Doctors treating victims reported injuries never before seen. Norwegian trauma surgeon Mads Gilbert described “maimed and torn-apart people.”

He explained daily Israeli atrocities, its regime wanting truth-telling about its high crimes suppressed.

Haaretz cited unnamed Israeli sources blaming Assad for Tuesday’s Khan Sheikhoun CW attack, despite no evidence proving it, saying:

It “was approved by the highest levels of the Syrian regime, but at this point it is unclear whether Assad’s patrons, Russia and Iran, were involved.”

“It is believed that Assad, or senior officials in his regime, approved the use of chemical weapons against the backdrop of growing confidence in the regime’s stability following military successes since the regime completed its takeover of Aleppo in December.”

Israel wants Syrian sovereignty eliminated, Iran isolated, ahead of regime change to remove Islamic Republic governance by war or color revolution.

ln the wake of Tuesday’s Khan Sheikhoun CW attack, Netanyahu called for international community intervention, more than already ongoing.

The butcher of Gaza claimed he was “shocked and outraged (by) pictures of babies suffocating,” adding “we will always defend ourselves with our own strength against any enemy and any threat.”

None exist except ones Israel invents. Hardline education minister Naftali Bennett said Tuesday’s incident “requires Israel’s security to rethink its stance” - with no further elaboration.

He called on Trump to lead international action against Syria - to stop the “chemical massacre.”

Finance minister Moshe Kahlon called events in Syria “genocide,” saying “the massacre of children requires unwavering action by the world to curb Assad’s regime.”

Israel’s UN envoy Danny Danon roared: “We must never remain silent in the face of the criminal massacre in Syria and allow these shocking images to repeat themselves.”

Former Israeli military intelligence head General Amos Yadlin wants Assad prosecuted in the International Criminal Court as a war criminal.

Anti-Assad plotters of Tuesday’s Khan Sheikhoun attack achieved the response they sought. Whether it changes US-led strategy on Syria remains to be seen.
