There is a current report via RT that Austria and Russia have signed an agreement regarding the South Stream natural gas pipeline.

Putin is right in that the USA wants to be the natural gas company for EU but the logistics of that matter would mean significantly increased energy cost for the EU over what Russia can deliver. Maybe one of these days EU will wake up and realize that energy security and economics are a national security issue for EU regardless of the Washington DC political position on the matter.

South Stream is rocking right along regardless of the saber rattling and intentional disruptions and interference the USA has tried to throw in its path.

One more time, folks… so get the geography and the issues straight in your head. George Soros and the USA have been proponents for White Stream 1 and White Stream 2 that were to have run from Georgia through Crimea to the EU, and underwater from Georgia to Romania to the EU.

The entire fiasco of Georgia 2008 was Bush trying to push Russia back from the pipeline right-of-way through Georgia and it failed. The current fiasco in Ukraine is also a US temper tantrum and it is failing, too.

Bush and Blair promised the Moon to get a consensus backing for what they launched at Afghanistan and Iraq. War crimes and all, death, destruction and mayhem, Bush and Blair left EU very exposed and in need of energy supplies. Russia delivered, USA and UK did not, still have not.

Russia and South Stream have been and still are years ahead of any possible White Stream 1 and White Stream 2 pipedreams.

The Nabucco Pipeline is a dead pipeline project, and in all probability so is White Stream 1, since when the USA and Soros do not get their way out comes the ‘hate Russia’ routine. It remains to be seen if White Stream 2 is feasible or not. Putin would probably let them come through Crimea if DC and EU ­ NATO would cease and desist with counterproductive activities.

Less talked about is Nord Stream, a huge energy deal between Russia and Germany. The USA pitched a fit about that one, too.

Nabucco Pipeline is dead. White Stream 1 is probably dead unless the USA and Soros figure out that they are no match for Russia.

South Stream is moving to completion, and Nord Stream is moving to completion.

This is all about pipelines, energy and money into the right pockets. However, just as they have proven in Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Syria and now Ukraine, the USA business plan is out of touch with reality.
