Striking Back!

For over ten years now the feds and the filthy DHS troops of the LBGT nation have had everything their way. Every demonstration has been met with vehement and uncontrolled violence being violently and viciously dished out to any person within range of their weapons.

About the only indication of America’s dissatisfaction with these attacks can be summed up in the number of people buying weapons and ammunition as fast as they can.

Ironically a very malignant feral-disease has been born among the thugs and mercenaries that have been treating the population as nothing but free-fire defenseless targets to be abused at will. Officially sanctioned police brutality has ruled over all our days and nights—unchallenged: Until today!

A new breed of resistance is taking place inside the Bundy Ranch and the surrounding areas. But that’s only the tip of this new and invigorated resistance. Because the long awaited Militia has come from all corners of the nation, with weapons and suddenly the cowardly government decided to withdraw—perhaps this is not permanent; but just as the feds have many more cards to play; the resistance is not showing their cards either. This becomes a time to wait and see, but also a time to continue the asymmetrical staging which the militia’s will bring to what used to be like shooting defenseless ducks in a barrel.

The Feds instituted one of the USSA’s favorite tools the no-fly zone over a fifty-mile square area around the Bundy ranch, up to 3,000 feet. Meanwhile the militia keeps drifting in from the four corners of this land to bring battle-tested teeth to the newly invigorated resistance. And suddenly the feral-rat-patrol in government gear and ski-masks seems to be having second thoughts.

Over ten years of being routinely terrorized, beaten, tazed, raped and tortured as well as imprisoned, has a way of conditioning people to finally seeing our oppressors for who and what they’ve always been: Traitors, barbaric mercenary-scum just in-it for the kicks and perks, while the unarmed public continued to flee before the illegally armed forces that seemingly could not contain their outright hatred of every American they encountered. Apparently that criminally-enforced lesson has finally been learned: And the shadow of a real American conscience and determination has come to the Nevada Desert…

A case in point illustrates some of what’s changed!

It is impossible to overstate the importance of the victory won in the desert today. While the behind-the-scenes details are not clear yet, it is obvious that something unprecedented in the war on the west that has been waged by the imperial federal government has, against all odds, happened. The feds were routed -- routed. There is no other word that applies.

Courage is contagious, defiance is contagious, victory is contagious. Yet the war is not over. The empire, you may be assured, WILL strike back. This will be the subject of angry words at an Obama cabinet meeting on Monday. Someone in federal government will want blood, rest assured. The feds, having lost the Mandate of Heaven and demonstrated their impotence in this case, will not want to repeat it lest the peasants get the right idea -- that they are not as omnipotent as they claim to be. However, this is a perfect example of when the people lead, the leaders will follow.

And believe me, the governors of those states who have adopted tyrannical laws on firearms should take note and tremble. There is a new spirit of resistance abroad in the land. The folks in Nevada were not cowed by federal guns pointed at them under the overpass. I spoke to resisters from CT, NY and MD today at the creek, and they possess this as well. Yes, if I were Cuomo, O'Malley or Malloy, I would look at what happened in the desert today and be very, very afraid.”

The massive crimes these bastards have continued to commit are legendary and they’ve been going on for decades, basically unchallenged by the public. It appears that something big has just snapped in the Nevada Desert today. Of course it will remain to be seen just how much will actually change, but for now there’s a new spirit afoot in the land around the Bundy Ranch, with both reason and promise in the offing…

"Justice Delayed is Justice Denied"

In the case below, since the people being illegally attacked by the government died before an actual decision was rendered: That makes this situation far worse than were the original crimes which this government is still guilty of committing.

All the years behind this latest attempt to force compliance upon Cliven Bundy and his family, so many years after fact is a criminal act. The methods used along with the terror and intimidation that was attempted in this case needs to be paid for, as well, with triple fines and penalties along with jail sentences for all the government pretenders involved in this massive misuse of power from the feral level down thru the state and county offices that have been covering for each other all the way through this entire obscenity... Here’s this case~

“Coming clearly through the throbbing of helicopters and the roar of the SUVS of the feds harassing the Cliven Bundy Ranch, patriots there for Bundy should “tell it to the judge”.

There is mainstream media-suppressed case history in Nevada the feds are desperately trying to keep under wraps.

Chief Judge Robert C. Jones of the Federal District Court of Nevada smacked down high-handed, abusive feds, sending the pretend cowboys riding roughshod over Western ranchers and property owners back to their cobweb-laced offices in 2013.

In spite of their 200 armed snipers with boy toys in tow, those Stetson-wearing feds hunkering down on Cliven Bundy’s Ranch are nothing more than a bunch of cowardly ‘cobweb cowboys’ doing duty for radical environmentalists.

In the upheaval of Bureau of Land Management bureaucrats caving in fear to the radical environmentalists of the day, the Rule of Law still works in court, and every one of those feds brandishing weapons knows it down at heart.

“The court case, U.S. v. Hage, has been keenly watched by legal analysts and constitutional scholars—but has been completely ignored by the major media.”

As we reported last November (”Judge Blasts Federal Conspiracy; Ranch Family Vindicated — Again!”), in June 2012, Judge Jones had issued a scorching preliminary bench ruling that charged federal officials of the U.S. Forest Service (USFS) and the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) with an ongoing series of illegal actions against Nevada rancher E. Wayne Hage that the judge described as “abhorrent” and a literal, criminal conspiracy. Judge Jones said he found that “the government and the agents of the government in that locale, sometime in the ’70s and ’80s, entered into a conspiracy, a literal, intentional conspiracy, to deprive the Hages of not only their permit grazing rights, for whatever reason, but also to deprive them of their vested property rights under the takings clause, and I find that that’s a sufficient basis to hold that there is irreparable harm if I don’t … restrain the government from continuing in that conduct.”

No cowpoke cuss could ever transcend what Judge Jones openly called feds invading ranch land. “In fact, Judge Jones accused the federal bureaucrats of racketeering under the federal RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corruption Organizations) statute, and accused them as well of extortion, mail fraud, and fraud, in an effort “to kill the business of Mr. Hage.”

Judge Jones bottom-lined what the government is doing to ranchers and property owners—end of chapter!

He, and likely other federal court black robes, know that the mainstream media goes into overdrive in trying to keep the truth from the masses.

Ten years is a very long time to wait for the public to finally find some guts again, but this time that delay might directly lead to some real changes in the way this feral-empire tries to enforce its perverted will, upon the current survivors, in this treasonous war that has only just begun, at last!
