I believe Trump's legal people can stop this election fraud because
that's exactly what it is:
The GOP and Ted Cruz have put his name on state ballots. Since he's
ineligible it's fraud. I sent all the below to our Texas AG and a
copy to our gov, Greg Abbott who has endorsed Cruz with my strong
statement the GOP and Cruz are guilty of fraud for knowingly putting
an ineligible candidate on the ballot and that there is strong doubt
Teddy is even a U.S. citizen, never mind natural born.
I doubt I'll get a reply because it's all damn politics to them and
their 'conservative' credentials. The truth doesn't matter and
besides, I'm a nobody just like anyone else attempting to uphold the
Constitution. However, Trump has top notch lawyers and it's time he
goes after Cruz besides just pokes on the campaign trail like his
great comment after Cruz allegedly won Maine, Trump said
understandble since it's right next to Canada. But, this is serious
and Cruz and Rubio, altho' his campaign is pretty much toast, should
not get away with it.
1. Cruz was worried about dual citizenship in 2013 which is
why he started the legal process to get rid of his Canadian
citizenship completed in 2014.
However, we now know Canada did NOT recognize dual citizenship until
1977. Teddy was born in 1970. Therefore, Cruz could not have held
"He's a Canadian," said Toronto lawyer Stephen Green, past chairman
of the Canadian Bar Association's Citizenship and Immigration
One would think Green would know what constitutes a Canadian
citizen. I'm sure Trump's lawyers have the money to fly to Canada
and have a nice talk with Green.
2. Did Cruz's mother or father file a Consulate Report of
Birth Abroad which must be filed at the time of the child's birth to
obtain U.S. citizenship (not natural born)? So far, no one has been
able to obtain a copy and little Teddy refuses to give one to the
press or anyone else. Sorta like the criminal impostor in the White
House and his forged birth certificate. Teddy is playing right from
Barry's playbook: stall, stall, stall until it's too late.
If Teddy's parents never filed a CRBA, how did he enter the U.S. at
3. Allegedly, Cruz obtained a passport in 1986 for a field
trip. Under what country did he claim citizenship to obtain any
passport? His PR mouthpiece says Cruz never went through the
naturalization process. If so, what country does Cruz claim
citizenship? Show us the CRBA and it had better be certified as a
true copy and dated soon after Teddy's birth, not in 1986 or later.
Since he gave up his Canadian citizenship and has provided zero
proof he's even a U.S. citizen, then he is a citizen of no country.
Donald Trump's lawyers can request Cruz provide a certified copy of
a CRBA to at least prove he's a U.S. citizen and not an illegal
alien and they need to do it now.
Lawsuits and complaints filed with boards of elections, etc., are
getting tossed just like all of the ones filed against Barry Obama.
Cruz is catching Trump in the delegate column. Ohio and Florida are
the two WORST vote fraud states in the Union hands down. Their
primaries are coming up on the 15th.
Trump's attorney is not associated with his campaign. However, one
can send him a snail mail letter or fax. Short and to the point
using the text above in red. Simply make your case that it's time
Mr. Trump - and it doesn't have to be any media circus - contact
Cruz's attorneys and let them know Trump is prepared to take legal
action unless Cruz can prove he is a natural born citizen, which he
cannot since both of his parents were not U.S. citizens at the time
of his birth and, provide a verifiable Consulate Report of Birth
Abroad form showing it was filed right after Cruz was born.
A legally executed CRBA would prove Cruz is a U.S. citizen but not a
natural born citizen since only his mother was a U.S. citizen at the
time of his birth. If he can't produce a CRBA or as suspected, one
was not filed until 1986, how did Teddy enter the U.S. in 1976 as he
claims? The only obvious answer is Cruz was in the U.S. illegally.
Cruz can easily clear that up by simply releasing the CRBA and
documentation showing the application for a U.S. passport.

The other thing everyone should do is send a fax or snail mail
letter to the Republican Party of the State of __________________.
Easy to look up on line and get the head honcho's name. Use the same
text and politely tell he or she you as a party member demand Ted
Cruz be removed from any ballot and any delegate votes he has are
It's time to tell the GOP 'leadership' at the top no more lies. You
people let Barry Obama steal the office of president but it's not
going to happen again with Ted Cruz. Tell he or she you WILL walk
from the GOP the day after the November election. It's the only
thing they understand.
Does truth matter anymore or is your party more important than the
U.S. Constitution and the truth? Americans are fed up with lies and
the party machine trying to shove their choice down our throats and
use every dirty trick in the book to destroy a candidate they don't
