- Christmas Day in Houston was marred by the massive chemical
spraying that begin near dawn over the outer western suburbs. Jeanette
and I were spending the weekend with our friend Paddy, who was hosting
a large gathering of friends. I was particularly irritated because, it
being a social occasion, I had left my protective respirator mask behind
and had to breathe the damn stuff most of the day. While other people don't
really notice it, I'm allergic to Ethylene Dibromide, and was in low-grade
misery.

- By noon the sky was full of jet fuel when we left on
an errand to pick up more folding chairs, and the spray pattern had progressed
all the way in to the inner loop that circles the city center. We drove
through an area that revealed a great view of the sky for about 25 miles
in all directions. A little math revealed that in only five hours or so,
the three or four aerial tankers working that morning had managed to saturate
an area of about 1500 square miles! Worse was driving by so many homes
with children outside, playing with new Christmas toys and never looking
up to notice the bizarre appearance of the sky above them. I wondered how
many had recently been diagnosed with asthma.

- It has now been over a year since the U.S. and Canadian
governments began overt, broad daylight chemical operations against their
own populations, and the vast majority of the public remains blissfully
unaware. Average citizens in our area, near Houston, have now received
a minimum of sixty doses of lung-damaging Ethylene Dibromide, sprayed right
over their heads in horizon-girdling, sun- blocking plumes of raw jet fuel.
On the whole, if they even wonder about why so many people are suffering
allergy symptoms out of season, or the reason for such a high incidence
of upper respiratory problems and flu bugs that spread too fast and can't
be identified, you certainly cannot tell it from radio, newspapers, or
daily conversation. It is the same story all over the country.

- After observing the spraying for most of a year, and
receiving countless reports from all over North America, it is hard for
me to avoid thinking of those who don't believe in chemtrails as, well,
morons. After all, the spraying is plain as the nose on your face. Still,
I have to remind myself that I didn't believe it either, until I actually
observed spraying operations over a series of communities while traveling
I-45 last April. Before then I had puzzled over spraying reports from friends,
thinking that they simply didn't understand what they were seeing. I imagined
little crop-duster aircraft buzzing around, or something equally silly.
I had no understanding at all that people were talking about huge, three
and four engine jet aircraft, dumping hundreds of thousands of gallons
of chemical-laced jet fuel over areas as large as whole counties. In fact,
the amount of fuel dumped in the air this year is certainly enough to explain
why gasoline prices are so high.

- I am incredibly lucky to be one of those few who have
an almost immediate allergic reaction to the otherwise tasteless and odorless
chemical that comes drifting down from the spray plumes. It makes it all
very real to me. While the jet fuel remains to make fancy patterns in the
sky 10-12,000 feet up, I must scramble to put on my commercial respirator
mask. It filters out the Ethylene Dibromide that falls to earth and rolls
across the countryside on the breeze. If I don't get it on fast enough
I get to experience the usual symptoms: a metallic or salty taste in the
back of the mouth, burning sensation in nose and throat, sinus congestion
so rapid it's as if my nose is trying to slam shut. Others experience headaches
and/or lassitude and some, like my sweetheart, Jeanette, can mark off spray
days with nose bleeds. Of course the worst of it is that most people around
you detect nothing at all!

- Although this is an overt, broad daylight operation on
a nationwide scale, the managers are still sensitive to publicity. When
discussions of chemtrail spraying became too common on Houston radio stations,
our local tanker group simply flew away. We had beautiful blue skies for
the entire month of October. They were gorgeous! Then the planes returned
and have tried hard to make up for lost time. A few weeks ago I was the
guest of a radio program in Asheville, N.C., where spraying has been heavy
all year. As luck would have it, three or four aircraft were engaged in
spray operations that very morning, and listeners were calling in frequently
to tell their neighbors to get their lazy butts outside and look in this
direction or that, to see what everyone was talking about. After about
twenty-five minutes of this, callers reported that all three aircraft had
suddenly turned off their pumps and were "high-tailin' it outa here."

- Asheville listeners naturally wanted to know why their
community had been singled out for intense, year-long spraying. I told
them that the pattern I'd observed was that heaviest spraying was focused
first on areas of high population density in a wide arc or circle OUTSIDE
each of the 100 or so large cities that the Guard and FEMA will be attempting
to "save" according to their Y2K disaster plans. Since Asheville
did not fall in this category, I asked if they were in the second group
of targets: towns that straddle major interstate highways where mobs of
hungry people could block crucial supply convoys or military shipments.
Yes, indeed, they said. There are only so many east-west routes through
the Appalachian mountains, and Asheville sits right on top of one of them,
plus a major branching that goes south toward Georgia. (Hope I've got my
geography right.) Not only that, but when I explained my major concern
for Y2K was drastically reduced supplies of gasoline, another caller informed
us that the highway running through Asheville was a major gasoline supply
route for much of the east coast, carrying a constant stream of tanker
trucks 24 hours a day. Well, we learn a little more each day...

- Trying to figure out the reason for the spraying has
become somewhat of a national passtime, to judge from the Internet, but
you cannot escape the basic logic: The only purpose of spraying a proven
lung- damaging chemical is to produce a lung-damaged population. The only
known benefit of a lung-damaged population is that they are much more susceptible
to biological agents spread by air. Airborne biological spraying is otherwise
not all that effective from a military point of view.

- Since this is a nationwide operation, it is clear that
the government foresees a nationwide problem. How big a problem? Apparently
it is likely to be so catastrophic in scope that it may be necessary to
use biologicals against populations who are outside military zones of control.
Last spring it was not readily apparent what might cause such a disaster.
It was also difficult to imagine that such a massive spraying program could
last all year and I focused then on a possible financial collapse in August
or September. I felt that we would probably have Y2K under control. I don't
think so any more. The oil industry is particularly vulnerable to the embedded
chip problem, and has given up trying to find them. They are in "fix-on-
failure" mode and this means it could take many months, perhaps all
year, to get gasoline supplies back to normal after the rollover.

- Oil is our Achilles' heel, not far removed from water
or electricity, and in most cases necessary for both. Without millions
of gallons of gasoline every day, life-as-we-know-it will come to a screeching
halt. It would take a relatively small shortfall to put 20-30 million people
out of work. You can bet on gasoline rationing - IF there is enough for
civilian purposes. Add to this the fact that our government refused to
warn us or encourage preparations, and you have a very volatile situation.
If you have access to the hundreds of Y2K press stories put out this year
by government sources, you will find that they virtually never mention
oil supply problems, or any form of consequences after the rollover itself.
It is an ominous and obvious void in the midst of thousands of pages of
happy, pat-on- the-back, Ministry of Truth drivel.

- Notice, that I am not predicting the catastrophe; I am
simply pointing out that the government is preparing for one. In fact,
they seem to be betting the farm on it, considering the amazing costs and
potential backlash of the spraying program. I think oil is the most likely
culprit. I am also ignoring a mountain of evidence that suggests those
who would be our masters are tired of pretending that we are free. That's
a different story. Perhaps.

- In the last two months, there have been changes in the
spraying program. First, the intensity and frequency of spraying, which
I believe is NASA/CIA project SAMSON, has increased rather dramatically
in those areas you would think of as hot spots. As a personal example,
we had been hit twice the week before in the county north of Houston, and
on the day before Christmas Eve we were literally plastered from dawn to
dusk. Christmas Day included the massive spraying of Houston's western
areas and the following day, Sunday, was marked by an equally massive spraying
of the city's southern extensions almost a third of the way to Galveston
on the Gulf coast. Imagine the degree of URGENCY reflected here to get
air crews already working a grueling schedule to stay at it during the
Christmas holiday!

- Second, the periodic testing of spray effectiveness by
disseminating lab-modified microorganisms has shifted to a nastier phase.
Still generally confined to various types of untreatable "flu-like"
symptoms, the effects seem more incapacitating. They are both more severe
and longer lasting. Reports from southern California and Nevada are examples
of recent "outbreaks". I sense a change here, that suggests a
shift from measuring the effectiveness of the spraying program, to more
serious testing of the particular bugs that may be used to suppress or
immobilize populations as needed. Unfortunately, I'm sure there is much
nastier stuff available than what we've seen so far.

- Remember that although most people recover from these
things, there is a significant mortality rate among the elderly, the very
young, and those with challenged immune systems. This number was already
over 10,000 in April. If and when the world ever returns to normal, everyone
involved in this program from top to bottom should be hung for murder,
after a fair trail or reasonable facsimile. If the program continues in
the direction that seems likely, mortality rates may go much higher. Does
anyone remember the reporting last spring of a federal purchase order for
three million body bags which no one was willing to deny or even discuss?
This suggests the best possible plan for individuals is do whatever it
takes to boost their immune systems, and consider protective measures such
as the "surgical masks" with a filtration rating of P95 or higher
if they don't already have something more substantial..

- Third, and finally, the spraying program is shifting
away from jet fuel as the liquid "carrier" for whatever they
want to spray. Jet fuel greatly simplified the entire logistic picture
for the program. It is perfectly normal for refueling tankers to load it,
it is available everywhere, and you pay for it with an anonymous government
credit card. And, of course, the Ethylene Dibromide is already included
as an additive at no extra charge. In August, however, we began observing
the occasional visit of a tanker that had apparently loaded up with something
else. This is essentially the same plane you are used to seeing, flying
at the same low altitude, with the same spray plume boiling out from tail
or twin plumes, from what might otherwise be wheel wells, that bow outward
around the aircraft before they come together again a short distance back.
The only difference is that while the spray widens out and looks like it
might form the usual chemtrail, it simply vanishes a mile or two behind
the aircraft.

- To those who have never observed the usual spraying,
the only thing they will notice is that the sprayed material dissipates
so, unless they realize this guy needs to be four miles higher to freeze
jet exhaust, they will assume it is a normal contrail. In fact, the new
spray is dramatically more visible to the naked eye. Sunlight, especially
from the side, lights it up like a roman candle. If he's up there and you
are looking - you absolutely can't miss it.

- It is possible that the tanker is spraying straight Ethylene
Dibromide as a liquid. Although this pesticide was totally banned, it is
now available by the ton since it became a jet fuel additive. My allergy
response is the same, but I naturally worry that there is something new
there that I'm not detecting. Something to accelerate the process? We've
often seem one of these guys show up at the end of a spray day, when they
are really spectacular in the rays of the setting sun. It seemed most likely
that he was carrying something to make the day's operation more effective,
but this is just guessing of course. Now one will work in tandem with the
regular spraying aircraft. Recently, we've seen at least three of them
working together during a morning without normal fuel-aerosol spraying
at all. The whole area was plastered but there were NO CHEMTRAILS. Most
important, we are seeing at least one of them (two today) wandering around
over the county pretty much every day. This again supports the feeling
that Project Samson is up against a deadline. Time seems to be running
out for them, just as it is on the Y2K clock at the Post Office.

- Is it Y2K? Will it be oil that brings us down? It will
probably take a few weeks before the answer becomes clear. If it turns
out to be neither of these, you can bet something even worse is on the
way because the preparation for it is going on right over our heads.
