- Explanation of the Dragon

- In 1997, and all the way up to October 20th1998 the nefarious
Dragon's Tail in Pisces (a karmic sign) has been quite disturbing for many
people and its impact on our particular world, nothing less than dramatic
for many souls. Its passage by house and sign has affected every one of
us inflicting heavy karma, stress, and losses. The new location of the
Dragon's Head in Leo and the Tail in the sign of Aquarius from October
20th, 1998 until April 9th, 2000 will bring about serious happenings to
the world at large. The Dragon will also affect you personally and induce
both progress and stress in specific areas of your life. The Dragon's Head
will then move from Leo to Cancer and its Tail will be in the sign of Capricorn
until October 12th, 2001. However, before going further you must understand
what the Dragon's Head is all about and how it does affect our lives. Take
the time to grasp its power by reading the following thoughtfully.

- Modern Astrology classifies the Dragon's Head and Tail
as the South and North Nodes of the Moon. To my knowledge, the Moon is,
quite responsible for the daily fate of the world and directly affects
the weather and nature's forces at work. Sir Isaac Newton wrote "for
every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction". We are what
we think, having become what we thought. This statement emphasizes that
for every thought or action, there will be an effect. This is what I call
the "Universal Law," the cause and effect of the yin and yang
recognized and accepted as the LAW OF KARMA. Simply stated, The moon affects
both our world and our psyche as she travels through the zodiac.

- Obviously, the waxing and waning periods of our closest
satellite will produce the daily process of the tides. The lunar cycle
is 28 and a half days, which is the same as a woman's cycle. Thus, both
men and women will undergo a physical and spiritual response to her powers.
Thus we all are responding physically and spiritually to the moon's subtle
effect upon ourselves. Incidentally the word "LUNATIC" is used
subconsciously to classify the negative aspect of her jurisdiction. The
scientific community is only beginning to become aware of the tremendous
physical and spiritual activity generated by men in time of a Full Moon.
They do notice the escalation of drama, as the worse of society seems to
impose its destructive potential. But they still have no clue pertaining
to the reasons behind it. The police force and the hospital emergency rooms
are also unusually busy at these times. The scientific community does not
yet understand the Moon's subtle power but farmers wisely use it. However,
many years of tedious observation have shown me that she is undeniably
affecting the human psyche and our emotional response to life. Without
opposing forces at work (positive/negative), there would be no reaction,
thus, any life would be possible on both the spiritual and physical planes.

- Our so-called "dead" satellite is very much
alive, and vigilantly observing her whereabouts will help man to grow steadfastly
towards emotional, financial and spiritual stability.

- The Dragon's Head
-
- The North Node of the Moon is a positive energy, a form
of "wheel of fortune," pushing the soul towards a new self-realization
and sure happiness. Over the centuries, Chinese astrologers developed a
very simple and accurate system in reference to the Dragon itself and gave
the moon's nodes a tremendous attention. Sadly, more rational, mathematically
oriented astrologers tend to ignore its very existence and in the process,
lose a wealth of valuable information. To my knowledge, the Dragon, in
itself, holds more, facts and power than the entire complexity of a whole
astrological chart! I found the essence of the Dragon to be a major contribution
for success or failure in one's life. Many famous people and the ones that
have made history, for good or for worse, have an obvious relationship
with it. My new 515-page book "The Power of the Dragon" has all
you need to know on this particular topic. All the secrets of the Dragon,
by sign and house are revealed to the reader. Mastering the Dragon's power
will give anyone more knowledge than all the psychologists combined together.

- The Dragon's Tail
-
- The South Node of the Moon is a form of "karmic
residue," dragging the soul toward his past accomplishments, inner
fears, and weaknesses. While the Dragon's Tail reflects the soul's weakness
it also carries the best of the souls' experiences and can be used productively.
Incidentally, many very famous people subconsciously tab in the power of
the Dragon and accomplished marvels in their lives. This build-up of previous
incarnations must be balanced, either eliminated or used constructively.
A chance is then given to the soul by the "Great Designer" to
experience greatness. For example, induced fears and dogmatic religious
views produced by a myriad of past lives involving many archaic belief
systems, could seriously delay the soul's cosmic consciousness. Jailed
in his own spiritual limitation the soul resent any form of mental exploration
and will fall back into his induced religious doctrine. As a rule, we are
all naturally bewitched by the Dragon's Tail. This is similar to a child
wanting to stay home instead of going to his new school, facing the cold
weather, deal with others and refuse to progress with his "New World."
There, at home, (Tail), the soul feels secure and confident with what he
knows best. In my research, I have often noticed that following the Dragon's
Tail's negative pull can only lead its owner toward failure, pain, drama,
and sometimes, to death. In some extreme cases, the Dragon's Tail causes
the soul to lead other people into its own dark past life residue, (David
Koresh/Applewhite/Hitler), thereby hurting the innocent, trusting souls
who follow them blindly. Again, for specific karmic reasons, the Dragon's
Tail can be used positively, producing gifted musicians such as Bach and
Schubert, born with the Venusian, artistic Dragon's Tail in Libra.

- Here, the soul's past life musical work comes to fruition
for others to enjoy or learn from. God has allowed these "geniuses"
to use their previous life's work for the benefit of mankind, and they
were able to accomplish wonders at an early age. The location of the Dragon's
Tail is where all of your weaknesses or best strength will be coming from.
You have been there. You have done that. You have learned those lessons.
The universe might not necessarily help you there and if not aware of the
Dragon's Head who is promising opportunities, you will end up striving
all your life. The purification and progress of the soul can only be found
on the "next" experiences promised by the location of his Dragon's
Head by house and sign of the zodiac. Armed with such a powerful knowledge,
one is able to detect fiction from reality and make a difference between
divine information and pure imagination. The awareness of someone's Dragon's
Head and Tail is a real contribution to detect the plain truth about the
dynamics involving the working of the human psyche. This work was not done
to diminish anyone's belief system but to clarify your cosmic relationship
with the universal mind. We all are children of this magnificent galaxy,
and there is a reason for every one of us to be. Serious students of the

- I am a firm believer of the "Power Within"
( see my new book "You are God!) in progress), as the future is nothing
else than the reincarnation of the thoughts. However, I must admit that
the Dragon passage through any sign and house or its location at birth
will always bring about serious changes in that area of your horoscope.
Better be aware of its impact for the year 2000 to be emotionally or financially
ready for the imposed challenges. In any case, many of the imposed experiences,
induced by the dragon have brought all of us more knowledge and much needed
new strength. The firmament of the new millennium is already upon us and
with this New Year, various opportunities and new tasks are ahead of all
of us. Whatever you had to go through in 1999, learn to promote only positive
thoughts. There is no room for the past in your future and with all the
implications involved, the job must be done. For every action, positive
or negative, physical or spiritual, there will be an equal reaction. So,
be aware of your thoughts as your future starts right there. The reincarnation
of your own very thoughts will become sooner or later your reality. No
matter what you've been through in 1999, you must let go of the past, refine
your thoughts, purify your spirit and keep working towards your goals.

- Whether you realize it or not, progress was made towards
some of your objectives in 1999. If, after all the hard work you completed,
things got messed up, the universe may be trying to tell you something.
Either you did not try hard enough, or the people you are working with
do not have the same ethical aims you do. Possibly some of your wishes
cannot be granted because of your limited working environment, lack of
respect for the Universal Law or an inappropriate emotional relationship.
Therefore, you were fired or dismissed first, allowing the universe to
grant you with the freedom and the opportunity you need to rebuild in the
right direction.

- Now, knowing all along that it was a blessing for you
to lose that job, someone you loved, etc., you must accept the challenge
to start all over again with a positive attitude. It might sound strange
at first to accept my theory, but subconsciously you actually did set the
stage over the years. Look back with an objective mind; after all, those
experiences were needed so that you ultimately could do the right thing
for yourself. You may also need to educate or trust yourself a little more
or take more chances. Keep in mind that "for every action, there
will be a reaction" and that's called (good or bad) karma. Are you
willing to initiate the changes? If you do, the years 2000 and 2001 will
be formidable years of accomplishment for you.

- Offensive people may have mistreated you emotionally
or financially, and left you in a distressed situation. No matter what
you experienced, you must go on with your life. This world is a teaching
ground and sometimes we learn lessons that may be harsh to deal with, where
we must feel the result of all our negative words and actions through pain
and suffering. Exacting experiences seem to be the only way for humankind
to burn karma and gain real knowledge; a sort of inferno of passions and
stress, well designed by God to refine all of us from ignorance and destruction
to the purest form of love and knowledge.

- Before reincarnating yourself in this dense physical
world, you have chosen a specific time in space. You also picked a set
of stars (your natal chart), the country and city of your birth, as well
as the souls who ultimately became your parents. You may not be aware of
it just yet, but your karmic plan on this "hell" plane was chosen
by you. Your soul aims to free itself from this low dimension and must

and through his Divine light only. Only those willing to expand their cosmic
consciousness will be able to "perceive and receive" the real
manifestation of God. For those born on the cusp of any zodiacal sign,
simply refer to the month of your birth, which reflects the exact constellation
of your nativity. Divine Astrology, as practiced by Nostradamus, is the
