- We in the United States are under assault. There is no
other way to put it. For the last ten years we have been waiting like sitting-ducks
in a shooting gallery for the government's "next move." It is
time that the public makes a preemptive strike against the full range of
forces that are trying to kill us.

- Therefore we are calling for all Americans to participate
in a Peaceful, Nationwide General Strike. This is long overdue. Beginning
on Saturday January 15 through Saturday January 22, we are urging everyone
to stay home. We have a day off in honor of Martin Luther King's birthday
(January 15), who sought peace and concord; and was murdered for it.
- NOTE: The "we" I refer to here is the collective
'we' because of all the hundreds of individuals whose work and thoughts
have gone into the research and collection as well as the international-distribution
of what is being referenced herein. (k)

- Monday, January 17 is a legal holiday; so it's only a
four-day work week. It is critical that people take time off during the
workweek in order to create the clearest possible result, which will cost
the government and the corporations billions.

- We urge people not to fly anywhere on January 17-18,
in order to make a heavy impact on those two complete days. This should
make TSA ecstatic, as they should have no human-cattle to poke, prod or
sexually assault for two whole days. Whatever you have planned, just reschedule.
It's not a big deal to do that. Let the airlines and the government know
that it is their totally unacceptable and illegal behavior that has caused
this! Witholding ourselves from work and play should clearly show the world
just how much ordinary people are needed, to allow anything in this world
to function. Let the fat-cats come down from their offices and see how
far they get trying to run their own companies-without us.

- Prepare yourself and your family for a week and then
just stay home, spend time with family or friends. Who knows you might
enjoy just talking to your closest family members once again. For the last
ten years too many have practiced doing nothing about the current situation:

- Don't shop at anything but neighborhood stores, don't
take public transportation, and do not fear whatever Main Stream Media
will tell you about what is happening: They are simply the voice of Corruption
Incorporated made manifest, and are complicit in everything that this government
has done or tried to do to every one of us.

- The Reasons Behind This Call for a Peaceful General Strike
- Beginning with the end of 2010 here is part of where
we were and still are.

- We have close to 30% unemployment. This figure is probably
much higher, as hundreds of thousands of Americans are no longer looking
for work. This is across the board; from teachers to blue-collar workers.
The middle-class is being destroyed by the rich. Any and all figures from
any US agencies are manipulated, so it doesn't look as bad as it actually
is. Many have been out of work for more than two years because millions
upon millions of jobs have been sent offshore. FACT: We are in a Depression,
according to Bob Chapman; this has been the economic reality for the past
two years. (1)

- "The storyline being sold to the American public
by the White House and the corporate mainstream media is that the economy
is growing, jobs are being created, corporations are generating record
profits, consumers are spending and all will be well in 2011. The 2% payroll
tax cut, stolen from future generations to be spent in 2011, will jumpstart
a sound economic recovery. Joseph Goebbels would be proud." (2)

- 2. Millions of Americans have lost both their jobs and
their homes and most are about to lose their retirement savings as well.
The Mortgage scam is a Ponzi scheme of enormous proportions. Many Bank/Mortgage
companies who have stolen people's homes did not even have clear title
to the homes they took. The result is that millions of us are now homeless.
There are no current accurate figures for this terrible total. No one has
been held accountable.

- 3. The United [sic] States is bankrupt. When a country
can no longer pay its debts and begins printing money out of thin air [fiat
money], then it has to be considered bankrupt. The national debt is about
$14,005,769,260,306.26 this works out to about $4.18 billion. See the Incredible

requirement" This is another crisis because 42 million Americans are
functionally illiterate and thus will not be able to read or understand

- 4. The Federal Reserve (The FED) is a private, for-profit
consortium that is deliberately bankrupting this country. Hundreds of banks
have failed, while a handful of wealthy banksters are controlling US monetary
policy without any accountability. The on-going theft is colossal. Yet
the truth is not reported by corporate-controlled media. By manipulating
the polling data the media manipulates "public opinion" in true
Orwellian fashion, complete with "Doublespeak News." This financial
destruction goes back to Woodrow Wilson, but has been deliberately accelerating
for the past ten years. This is another Ponzi-scheme involving the banks,
other lending institutions, Wall Street and the corrupt stock market; to
steal trillions of dollars of our hard earned money.
- "We were finally granted the honor and privilege
of finding out the specifics, a limited one-time Federal Reserve view,
of a secret taxpayer funded "backdoor bailout" by a small group
of unelected bankers. This data release reveals "emergency lending
programs" that doled out $12.3 TRILLION in taxpayer money - $3.3 trillion
in liquidity, $9 trillion in "other financial arrangements."

- Wait, what? Did you say $12.3 TRILLION tax dollars were
thrown around in secrecy by unelected bankers and Congress didn't know
any of the details?" (5)

- 5. No one in congress is working any longer for "we,
the people." All we have now in the District of Corruption (D.C.)
are 40,000 corporate lobbyists who are bankrolling congress, to work for
various corporations. This has nothing to do with right or left; Republican
or Democrat. They are all corrupt. The stench is worse than in the dying
days of the Roman Empire.

- Our country is in fact a corporation, run for profit
for the FED and the corporations and various greedy 'public' officials.
We are just their uninformed 'debt-slaves.' Corporations have legal "personhood"
as if they were flesh and blood human beings: except that they bear no
responsibility to the public for all the damage that they routinely commit.
This was never part of the framework of the Constitution; and again, this
demonstrates how poorly educated Americans are. Citizens must be educated;
then they can make informed decisions. Shoppers (consumers) are not citizens.
They are too busy shopping, texting or multi-tasking. Distracted by trivia
[set up decades ago by corporate media, advertising and consumerism], while
this country was being murdered from the inside out. Most people remain
unaware of this reality. Our constitution has been gutted by stealth and
by overwhelming self-interest despite the gravity of what the above facts
mean.

- Congress plans to tax us even more heavily, beginning
this month. By deception they will pass even more illegal laws. VAT (Value
Added Tax) will be added to countless other products we buy. There is also
a 1% Banking Transaction Fee (Which can be raised at any time) that is
quietly being kept in the wings for immediate implementation as needed.
This "fee" will be applied to every check, ATM, computer, phone
and iphone bank transactions that also include cash transactions as well.
This will be done for every bank transaction you do, every month! This
will add up quickly and more of your money will be stolen!

- 6. We began our constitutional lives with Checks &
Balances among the three branches of the US government. They are completely
gone. Deliberately destroyed through back-door arrangements, deceptions
and many other illegalities; we have no democratic-form of the Republic
left. Now we are living in a police-state where basic human rights are
trashed, and everything left over is sold to the highest bidder. Free speech
and the right to assemble peacefully were stolen publicly during the 1968
Democratic Convention in Chicago-they have never been successfully revived
since then. Gone are the last semblances of Constitutional protections.
Now all that remains is a rapidly crumbling façade.

fascist state needs only to consult the latest assault on civil liberty
by Fox News (sic). Instead of informing citizens, Fox News (sic) informs
on citizens. Jason Ditz reports (antiwar.com Dec. 28) that Fox News (sic)
"no longer content to simply shill for a growing police state,"
turned in a grandmother to the Department of Homeland Security for making
"anti-American comments."

- The media have segued into the police attitude, which
regards insistence on civil liberties and references to the Constitution
as signs of extremism, especially when the Constitution is invoked in defense
of dissent or privacy or placarded on a bumper sticker. President George
W. Bush set the scene when he declared: "you are with us or against

- 7. Mercenary and United Nations troops are now illegally
on American soil, in direct violation of the Constitution [Amendment 3,
Quartering of soldiers which does not promote 'domestic' tranquility],
while during the last few years FEMA prison camps have been built in every
state with our money. Along thousands of miles of US public highways (Many
no longer owned by us; as they were sold to foreign nations). Roadblocks
have been built this past year, which of course "we" paid for.
There are no rational or legal reasons for any of this. These check-points
are simply collecting points where people will be detained and then sent
to holding pens or jails. How many million of us can they incarcerate?
On what pretense? It hardly matters when a population that has surrendered,
has no say over where they will be sent or what they will be required to
do: That's why it's called a Police-State.

- 8. The latest outrage and the deliberate trashing of
our lives can be summed up by the behavior of TSA as they grope and assault
people of all ages all the way down to infants. The x-ray backscatter scanners
are deadly and were ordered long before they 'decided to use them.' The
only result these devices have produced is billions in profits to private-corporations
on all sides of the TSA lines-of-shame. The cancers and radiation exposure
are totally unnecessary, and very dangerous to everyone exposed to them;
even to the staff of thugs that administer their toxic effects; not to
mention the millions that choose to submit to this latest version of the
Inquisition. The assaults are an end in themselves and have nothing whatever
to do with so-called "security."

against you and co-violators! I am a non-corporate man and absolute biological
property of the Creator standing in the Kingdom of Heaven. I don't not
consent to any violation of any of my divine rights nor do I volunteer
to accept your authority or jurisdiction merely by the act of buying an
airline ticket and walking to the plane. I do not waive any of my rights
and freedoms.

- I hold all public officials to their Constitutional
prohibitions and limitation regardless of deceptions to solicit my waiver
of rights. The agreement to buy an airline ticket is nonassumpsit. I do
not consent to any hidden contracts or secret liens, in particular any
contractual consent for U.S. agents to commit crimes against me in my natural
capacity or in any perceived corporate capacities. Do not tell me to turn
off any audio recording device that I may use to document a potential crime,
and hope that there will not be lawful consequences for you." (7)

- 9. State and Federal officials have continued to meet
secretly with bankers and elite insiders concerning the illegal plans to
end our sovereignty as a nation. These plans (NAU) have been in the works
for decades. First through the NAU which is blending Canada, the US and
Mexico into the North American Union. Then, the United Nations wants to
become the world's government, with bankers and cops and bureaucracies
to serve their cloak & dagger Agenda 21 along with thousands of other
secret and hidden illegal agreements. Taxes will be paid directly to the
UN and our lives will disappear into that bureaucratic nightmare of world-government
that will simply turn anyone not an insider, into a completely helpless
slave, for whatever purpose might come up.
